OVERVIEW

The Former Executive is to support the Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To maintain high accuracy in former inventory stock and to ensure sufficient good quality former for production usage Plan arrange and supervise formers dismantling from production lines in effective and efficient manner. Plan and arrange the necessaries for used former segregation, cleaning and storage for up keeping of former quality. Manage former inventory using FIFO approach and keeping good record of former life span. To ensure the disposal of aging former activities been carry out as per schedule and ensuring all the activities are strictly follow the company procedure. Responsible and maintaining the performance of former Kiln firing machine and other formers cleaning machine. To establish proper procedure and standard to administer after cleaning process for former. To ensure required corrective and preventive action have taken to rectify former related quality issue. Regular discussion with Planner and Production Manager to understand current issues and needs so as to perform necessary changes required for operation alignment. Complying with ISO9001/13485/14000/GMP standards. Any other tasks that may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2 years experienced in Warehouse Management.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

Good knowledge of computer skills including windows, MS Application and AutoCAD.
