This role is to support and manage our business centre matters, including backend operations and event coordination, assisting local and international operations. As the key outlet contact person (Business Centre & Key In Point (BCKP)), responsibilities include overseeing daily operations like sales submissions, order processing, inventory management, staff training and updates.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
Developing and monitoring Business Centre (BCKP) administration SOPs, procedures, mechanisms and manuals to manage compliance with franchise agreements.
Monitor compliance of these manuals through regular communication and market visits to Business Centre (BCKP).
Develop strong relationship with franchisees by regular communication and market visits.
Coordinate, set up and manage new outlets opening from ground zero which includes renovation, arrangement of equipment's & machineries, training and other related matters to ensure smooth opening for the franchise.
Guide Business Centre (BCKP) during new product launching, as well as Business Centre (BCKP) and end user promotions.
To perform audit, evaluating environmental surveys and to ensure site operation of excellence for whole Malaysia and oversea Business Centre (BCKP).
Verify that all Delivery Orders (DO) are signed and a copy is returned to the Operations Department. Check and confirm that deposits made by outlets (BCKP) are accurate, signed, and accepted by the Finance Department.
Oversee the processing of consignment stock to new Business Centre & Key In Point. Manage consignment returns, top-up consignments for BCKPs, and ensure compliance with documentation and processes.
Timely submission of monthly reports to head office and ensure accuracy of reports submitted. Ensure daily sales reports and money submissions are accurate and complete.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
Minimum 1-3 years working experience.
Experience in
Business Operations or Retail Management, preferably in the MLM/Direct Selling industry/ Retails or equivalent.
Proficient in speaking English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin, or other local languages would be an advantage).
Good interpersonal and well organized.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willing to work under pressure and manage dateline on timely manner.
Computer competency.
Ability to travel internationally as and when required.
Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil).
Working days : Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm).
