As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing Hong Leong Tower\xe2\x80\x99s general front office reception and administrative duties with attention to Priority Banking customers. This role reports to the team lead and the successful candidate will be based in the Hong Leong Tower, Damansara office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing reception at main lobby
- Greeting visitors; performing registration & pre-registration for visitors
- Act as point of reference for visitors who require assistance or information
- Parking arrangements for Priority Banking customers
- Handling administration duties assigned from time to time, other duties as assigned
Education/Qualifications
- Malaysian citizen
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance or similar.
- Fresh graduates are invited to apply for this role as training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to speak well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Sunny and pleasant disposition, with exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting; flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, changing business environment,
- Good experience and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
