This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Responsible for managing reception at main lobby, Greeting visitors performing registration & pre-registration for visitors, Verifying visitors with respective hosts, Ushering visitors to their destination, where required, Act as point of reference for visitors who require assistance or information, Respond to complaints promptly and with useful solutions, Answering phone calls, Parking arrangements for Priority Banking customers, Handling administration duties assigned form time to time, Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Malaysian citizen. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance or similar. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills with ability to speak well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Sunny and pleasant disposition, with exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, changing business environment, Good experience and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
