The incumbent is responsible to support the Agent Recruitment function in terms of providing intelligence and insights on Recruitment matters in order to allow good planning and to facilitate decision making.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Agency Growth team and/or Future Segment team to organize and coordinate agency recruitment activities such as Grand Build Your Business (GBYB/BOP), workshops, roadshows.
• Facilitate and drive PRUVenture Daily Hand Holding, Weekly FUFT and Monthly Coaching programs.
• Close monitoring of PRUVenture Managers daily activity and attendance or agency activity management systems and ensure all reports are ready for FUFT and Management updates.
• Monitor and track PRUVenture production and performance on a timely basis and ensure all reports are ready for FUFT and Management updates.
• Attend to enquiries/complaints pertaining to PRUVenture.
• Participate in any other duties as assigned by the PVDD and undertake any ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned as and when required.
• Ensure that training rooms, training centers and other training facilities & equipment in the respective region are properly maintained in tip top condition.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Distribution Management or Business Development roles.
• Experience in agency development will be an added advantage
• Strong drive and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
