Fraud Prevention - Detecting and investigate fraudulent activities (cheating, scam) in casino and Resorts.

Compliance - ensure adhere to procedure.

Surveillance - Monitoring activities through surveillance systems to prevent and investigate suspicious character.

Reporting - Documenting and reporting incidents (violations, irregularities).

Collaboration - Working with law enforcement agency when needed.

Overall the function is important in protecting company's reputation and operation integrity.

Attributes:

No criminal records Heathy financial background, including no history of bankruptcy or significant debt issues High level of integrity and ethical standards Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information Details-oriented and organised Education Background / Working Experience:
Degree in law enforcement, hospitality management, business administration or related discipline

Advanced certification or specialized training in security or fraud investigation

Communication:
Good verbal and written communication skills (for reporting and interacting with customer or staff).

Analytical Skills & Problem-Solving Skills:

Others

Preferably Chinese speaking candidate (particularly for Investigation in Casino) Proficiency in using security and surveillance technology Experience in investigative techniques, evidence handling & report writing. High ethical & integrity to maintain trust and credibility in handling confidential information Ability to adapt to changing situation and manage stress effectively.
