Ability to interpret and recommend data output for management team decision making. Ensure timely and accurate periodic reporting to management and regulatory bodies. Simulate and monitor financial risk management components for IA and provide recommendations to the management team for decision making. Regularly perform budgetary performance tracking as well as work with the relevant departments to strategize on the performance as necessary. Prepare and publish all the periodic IA performance disclosure reports for customers on the corporate website. Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. Manage and designing reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata Support data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization as well as troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports. System: Perform and verify relevant system setup along with any necessary parameter settings related to Investment Account. Thorough in analyzing various case scenarios based on business requirements. Design and monitor dummy dataset for UAT. Analyze SQL script provided by vendor for query database validation. Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets. Product: Solicit, originate and recommend best investment and/ or venture activities for each Investment Account fund with focus on values-based creation along with optimal exit strategies. Preferred investment participation may fall within risk participation. Articulate strong ethical intents with a desire to see impact delivered as imperative to investment strategy. This includes establishing strategic in-house and third party collaborations towards achieving values-based investment objectives. Operationalize the product by identify and developing a seamless investment structure, appropriate accounting/reporting treatment, profitability/budgetary projection, along with adequate controls for identified risks. Ensure the necessary governance and obtain all the relevant approvals to successfully launch a product. Support marketing initiatives to ensure accuracy of product information and product capability. Recommend possible marketing initiatives based on marketing analytics performed. Support business & training initiatives with relevant product knowledge. Manage and monitor all customer complaints and handlings. Education/Qualification Minimum degree holder with a concentration either in MIS, finance, investment, engineering, business management or any relevant. Experience With at least 3 years relevant experience in investment or financial services. Exposure in technology is a plus. Meticulous, analytical and strong attention to detail with advanced MS Excel skills. Knowledge in any other financial modelling tools is a plus. Skills Experienced in making personal investments with ability to interpret financial data. Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage diverse background team members. A fast learner with self-driven attitude. Possess dynamic and positive attitude towards multi-tasking and working long hours. Independent, self-organized and able to work under tight deadlines.
