Support performance management tracking and project management (PMO) as well as assessment of business units against AAM plans at specified intervals. Manage and participate in the strategic planning process and alignment of Bank and divisional strategy, and take due account of all relevant aspects and issues. Support performance management tracking by liaising with the Head of SBUs through the establishment of AAM plans and the use of KPIs to monitor the assessment. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly preparation of financial submission to the Group, management reporting, and special projects. Work closely and provide strategic support to business units to drive growth and seek improvements in operational processes. Job Requirements: Malaysian citizen. Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting/Finance, Commerce, or Economics. Finance professionalswith a strategy development background andworking in banking, Management consulting, advisory, investment banking division, or related financial services industryare invited to apply.
