Lead day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain housekeeping standards in line with brand expectations to deliver the highest levels of service and guest satisfaction.
Managing the performance of the team members: designing, implementing and monitoring the impact of training (including Housekeeping systems and guest service procedures) for all Housekeeping team members, capturing and implementing best current practice SOPs relating to Housekeeping operation.
Handling guest requests and/or complaints regarding Housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through proactive service and attention to detail.

Relevant certification in a related field.
Relevant experience in similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
