Job Purpose:

To lead, standardize, and enforce housekeeping operations across a cluster of Mana Mana properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring each property delivers on Mana Mana's cleanliness promise, brand standards, and operational goals. The Cluster Executive Housekeeper oversees manpower, training, quality control, stock, and interdepartmental coordination while managing performance, cost, and compliance to uphold an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Cluster Housekeeping Operations



Supervise daily cleaning activities, room turnover, public area maintenance, and linen quality across all sites. Monitor readiness and cleanliness KPIs (e.g., ?95% room readiness by 3:00 PM). Enforce and audit SOP execution at every property.

2. Manpower & Cost Control



Manage housekeeping headcount, shift planning, and roster deployment based on occupancy and budget. Control staff cost in accordance with company's cost-per-room and labor ratio standards. Monitor attendance, productivity, overtime, and deploy relief manpower where necessary.

3. Training, Development & Staff Discipline



Conduct monthly training and grooming sessions for all housekeeping staff. Evaluate and appraise performance of Housekeeping Supervisors and team members. Enforce disciplinary actions, reinforce company values, mission, and compliance guidelines. Train all site supervisors to independently manage incidents and daily issues without constant escalation.

4. Special Projects & Quality Spot Checks



Plan and execute cluster-wide initiatives (e.g., deep cleaning, pest control, curtain steaming). Monitor timelines and standards via on-site audits and post-project QC checklists. Submit monthly report on project completions and standards achieved.

6. Systems & Inventory Oversight



Oversee stock levels of linens, guest amenities, chemicals, and equipment across all properties. Use HubOS, eZee, and Procurement System to track inventory movement, issue, and replenishment. Maintain ?3% variance during monthly stock takes and monitor CPOR-related stock usage.

7. Linen Management & Vendor Coordination



Monitor laundry vendor performance, including turnaround times, quality of pressing, folding, and delivery schedule. Train on-site supervisors to identify, resolve, and report issues with laundry vendors with minimal escalations.

Required Skills & Experience:



Minimum 5 years in housekeeping leadership, including 2+ years in multi-property or cluster management. Proficient in HubOS, eZee, Google Sheets, and hospitality procurement systems. Strong audit skills and attention to operational detail. Confident trainer and performance evaluator. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus. Able to travel daily between sites within Klang Valley.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
