Description You will work in a shared services environment and is responsible for day-to-day administrative and transactional support for Human Resources Field Operations/ Service Delivery. This role is also responsible for back-end support relating to HR System and its maintenance of records. To perform the job successfully, an individual should have a passion to grow within HR and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across Reckitt. Responsibilities: Work closely with Talent Acquisition team, HRBP, Hiring Manager and IT Support Team. Involves in Onboarding Life Cycle Event from Preboarding to Hired Stage. In charge in New Joiner\'s profile creation in SuccessFactor and ensure profile is created accurately. Equip with Employee Information and Position Information knowledge. Actively participate in Onboarding Projects from design phase, testing phase until deployment stage. Highlight any data mismatches found during profile creation stage to the stakeholder to ensure employee\'s personal profile is created with accurate information. Understand the downstream process right after the personal profile is created and next action to be taken if there are any issues found. Complete the assigned task within the given SLA to ensure new joiner have a smooth Onboarding experience. Actively communicate with stakeholders for any gaps found during profile creation stage Actively discuss with Line Manager and other team members on any issues and provide possible solutions to solve the issues. Generate Continuous Improvement Ideas to improve any Onboarding Process which able to benefit the entire team. Act as the subject matter experts to the stakeholder for any Onboarding queries Provide HR services, such as handling queries and providing first-line advice and guidance. Executes data transactions or system transactions where these cannot be performed by self-service or automation. Interact with other subject matter experts (e.g. HR business partner, CoE, etc.) and internal teams (e.g. solutions team) to identify the best solutions for employee queries Prioritise cases and conduct continuous follow ups / check-ins to ensure case closure. Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery. Gain cross disciplinary HR knowledge to deliver end to end ownership of customer experiences. Raise continuous improvement opportunities. Able to demonstrate and combine a methodical and organized approach to work situations with high attention to detail. Professional and customer focused on your approach including absolute discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential matters and information. Needs to actively participate in meetings and discussions. Qualification, Skills and Experience: Bachelor\'s Degree in HR or any relevant field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR SSC setup. Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply. Need to be technically adept, strong attention to detail and perseverance to deliver results. Able to work independently as well as to be an adaptable team player with a strong service ethic.
