Job Responsibilities: Facilitate and/or participate in incident investigation to ensure consistent and structured incident investigation and accurate identification of incident causation. Analyze/Validate incident investigation reports and verify the comprehensiveness of investigation, to ensure identified incident causation and the related preventive measures will effectively prevent recurrence. Analyze incident statistic and trend, identify issues and recommend solutions to arrest any unhealthy trend as a basis for management decision making in instituting effective incident prevention initiatives and programs. Analyze HSE Key Performance Indicators , identify issues, and recommend measures as a basis for implementing the necessary intervention plan. Prepare HSE performance report highlighting issues, trend and solution necessary Track closure, including carrying out the required verification, the implementation of action items and report to HSEC on progress, recommending intervention plan, if required, to accelerate the implementation process. Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers Drive the development of HSE competent working team through HSE culture programs that will enhance and sustain staff capabilities in achieving high HSE performance Qualification & Experience: . Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering or Physical Science. . Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Oil & Gas industry. . Understanding of HSE legislation of host countries, HSE standards and policies. . Preferably experienced in Change Management methodology . Understanding on HSE culture programs and methodologies to drive HSE focused mindset, culture and behavior.
