: - To manage and dealing with foreigners (welfare, medical, police issue, Immigration, Embassy, Airports & etc) - To Spot Check & Monitor workers\xe2\x80\x99 hostel (Foreigner & Local) \xe2\x80\x93 including 5S\xe2\x80\x99 & fire extinguisher certificate renewal. - Conduct Orientation Program for new join staff local & Foreigners. - Assist foreign worker hostel management. - Assist in purchase hostel utilities for new worker join. - Assist on training preparation. - Assist in staff clinical visits when necessary. - To perform HR functions including recruitment, employee attendance, employee welfare, training & development - Responsible for entry and exit procedures, including entry materials, office supplies, contract termination, etc; - Manage the employee relationships, including probation management, incompetent employee management, etc; - Enhance HR policies & produces which are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
