Talent Acquisition (TA):
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer management.
Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.
Employer Branding:
Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
Plan and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding events.
Manage the company's job portal and HR-related social media content.
Collaborate with employee engagement teams to align internal and external branding efforts.
Create engaging content that reflects company culture, employee experience, and career opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or employer branding.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
Creative mindset with experience in content creation for employer branding.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in manufacturing or logistics-related industries is an advantage.
Familiarity with social media and digital tools for branding and recruitment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
