Job Description

Supporting the development and execution of performance management processes and employee reward strategies within the organization. Work closely with HR teams to ensure the effective implementation of performance appraisal systems, recognition programs, and compensation frameworks, driving employee engagement and organizational success.

1. Total Rewards Strategy



Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits (C&B) frameworks. Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness. Design and communicate reward programs (e.g., salary reviews, bonuses, non-financial rewards).

2. Performance Management



Support performance appraisal processes and systems aligned with organizational goals. Ensure timely, effective performance reviews and goal setting. Monitor effectiveness of performance programs and suggest improvements.

3. HR Policy Development



Assist in creating and maintaining policies on compensation, benefits, and performance. Communicate and enforce these policies across the organization.

4. Analytics and Reporting



Analyze data related to performance and compensation to provide insights. Prepare reports on reward and performance program effectiveness. Continuously seek ways to enhance process efficiency.

5. Decision-Making Authority



Propose and implement performance appraisal improvements. Communicate updates and initiatives to stakeholders. Advise senior management on rewards and performance strategies.

6. Key Challenges



Balancing

fairness in pay with business objectives.

Innovating

cost-effective, engaging reward systems.

Analyzing

internal/external data to support strategy.

7. Organizational Impact



Drives

employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention

. Ensures

cost-efficiency

of reward systems. Promotes

compliance

and reduces legal/financial risks.

Qualifications and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in performance management, rewards. Strong knowledge of compensation structures. Proven experience in leading performance management frameworks and designing rewards strategies in the manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
