Location: Bandar Sunway Job Summary To handle various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training and employee relations. You will assist in maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and supporting HR processes. Additionally, you\'ll engage with employees, address inquiries, and contribute to creating a positive work environment. Your responsibilities also involve collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations and supporting HR projects as needed. To manage the end to end recruitment process and handling of on-boarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new employees. Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning. Support the implementation of career development initiatives for employees. Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys, policy changes, and process improvements. Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction. Facilitate effective communication channels within the organization, ensuring dissemination of important information to employees. Qualifications Possess bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or any related field. Preferable working experience in human resources for 1 - 2 years. Sound knowledge & exposure of HR practices and Employment Act.
