The Executive, Human Resources Strategy supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of strategic human capital initiatives to ensure workforce capability, organizational effectiveness, and alignment with corporate goals. The role provides analytical, coordination, and execution support across HR strategy, workforce planning, performance management, and people analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Planning
Support the development, execution, and tracking of HR strategic initiatives aligned with the organisation's business and corporate strategy.
Assist in translating HR strategies into actionable programmes, policies, and workplans.
Monitor progress of HR strategic projects and prepare updates for management and stakeholders.
2. Workforce Planning & Organization Design
Assist in workforce planning exercises, including headcount analysis, manpower projections, and skills gap assessment.
Support organisational structure reviews and job role alignments to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate workforce data and reports for strategic decision-making.
3. Performance & Talent Management Support
Support the implementation and improvement of performance management frameworks, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
Assist in talent development initiatives, succession planning, and talent review exercises.
Provide administrative and analytical support for leadership development and high-potential programmes.
4. HR Policies, Governance & Compliance
Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with labour laws and internal governance requirements.
Support audits, management reviews, and documentation related to HR governance and best practices.
5. People Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and presentations related to manpower, turnover, performance, and other HR metrics.
Analyse HR data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to support strategic planning.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across systems and reports.
6. Stakeholder & Project Support
Coordinate with HR shared services, centres of excellence, and business units on strategy-related initiatives.
Support HR projects, change management initiatives, and cross-functional engagements as assigned.
Prepare presentation materials, briefing papers, and management papers for HR leadership and committees.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum
2-4 years
of working experience in Human Resources, HR planning, HR analytics, or related roles.
Experience in strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, or corporate environment is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies

Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
