KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Securing Land Access to support geology development, mining development, and mining infrastructure.
- Liaising and executing the engagement work with related government agencies.
- Developing Project Affected Community (PAC) participation in the strategic planning involving customary rights, culture, and heritage development.
- Assisting in the planning, budgeting, and implementation of CSR and stakeholder engagement programs.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Social Sciences or other management disciplines with at least 1 or 2 years of relevant experiences.
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office
- Mastering ArcGIS to produce necessary maps for the operation will be an added advantage
- Able to communicate and work closely with the local community, government agencies, consultants, and contractors
- Able to work in mines or project sites in remote areas
- Able to propose variable approaches and solutions in dealing with disputes and problematic communities and land matters
