• Lead implementation of CSR Programmes under KFA - Community Development & Entrepreneurship.
• Manage socio-economic investment & development and align business objectives with social aspect.
• Develop social investment indicator to assess the value-added benefit derived from our financial contributions to the community.
• Lead the development and implementation of social investment and community development programs aimed at delivering social and economic benefits to rural communities.
• Identify and assess community needs and requirement for their long-term investment projects.
• Identify new impactful & sustainable community-based projects.
• Develop community engagement communication pack in local content incorporating local dialects, custom and traditions.
• Facilitate two-way communication between the affected local community through discussion and regular visits, or engagement sessions to identify and resolve issues and improve their livelihood.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Degree in Social Science/Business/Sustainability/Marketing/other related field from Universities or Institutions of Higher Learning recognized by the Company
• Competent in stakeholder/community management/engagement
• Certified Train-The-Trainer, HRDC

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledgeable in implementation of social & CSR related works
• Experience in entrepreneurship or marketing field
• Knowledgeable and able to conduct public talks
• Computer literate (Word, Excel & Power Point)

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Familiar with stakeholder management and community engagement & consultation
• Ability to understand and communicate relevant sustainability agendas adopted by the company
• Demonstrates knowledge of the principles adopted in the Hydropower Sustainability Standards

LEADERSHIP SKILLS:

• Demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork and able to work independently with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective relationship with colleagues, stakeholders and public; public relations and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Responsible & has a positive attitude towards new tasks & changes

SPECIAL ASPECTS/MAJOR CHALLENGES OF THE JOB:

• Perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure
• Perform all tasks in line with corporate Social Management Framework, Hydropower Sustainability Standard (HSS, and Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines
• Promote the culture of monitoring and evaluation of initiatives among staff
