Job Description


We are looking for Industrial Project Executive who are well-versed with freight forwarding industry. Overall, this role consists of execution, monitoring and manage customer service and most importantly, timeliness are met as per the KPI standard. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide the full suite of customer service offerings (including bookings, enquiries, supply requests) to Key Account customers in addition to customized contracted services (eg Reporting etc)
  • Prepare written correspondence to customers when required to furnish information requested by customers or in dealing with complaint resolution.
  • Proactively inform customers on shipment delays and potential service failures.
  • To prepare and ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are submitted promptly and correctly.
  • Open job in CW1 and comply all CW1 SOP process including all data entry and data quality
  • Well prepare to support customer by 24/7 in case of urgency in operation
  • Work closely with approved vendor or carrier for booking and trucking of shipment arrangement
  • Co-ordinate with Inter-Department Trucking/Operation/CDZ/Carrier Management & BD / Billing / FICO
  • Work as a team to back up and support each other when CS in absence in work.
  • Co-ordinate day to day enquiries and shipment activities and reporting
  • Actively comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s occupational health & safety rules.
  • Actively comply with all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to equal opportunity, preventing workplace harassment, privacy, electronic communications and equipment
  • To provide quotation to client based on their request and meet their KPI
  • Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s business process.
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics and Business or any equivalent field of studies.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Customer Service within the freight forwarding business.
  • Required skills: Detail-oriented, Time Management, Computer literate, and proactive in problem solving.
  • Required competencies: Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, Results-oriented
