: * Involve in all engineering design activities which include review, prepare, and/or approve deliverables related to instrument design

• Ensure technical integrity, cost, schedule, constructability, operability and maintainability parameters are followed to deliver fit-for purpose solution justifying the scope of work
• Participate in engineering design reviews such as hazard identification (HAZID), hazard operability (HAZOP), 3D Model Review, Constructibility Study and/or provide specialized engineering services viz. Fire & Gas Mapping
• Develop detail planning, scope of work, procedure and lead the execution of instrument-related works during shutdown/ turnaround to ensure completion within specified window
• Participate in development of contracting strategy and Invitation to Bid (ITB) for instrument related equipment/ systems
• Compliance to safety elements by conducting safety audit, develop/review job hazard analysis (JHA), HEMP, PHA

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering electrical/Electronics/In strumentation Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 - 7 years\' experience in any relevant industry - Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery or Energy Industry

• Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia (applies to selected positions)
