Responsible for supporting and assisting the day-to-day fund accounting operational tasks following the applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements and guidelines, and internal policies and procedures.

SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES

Reconcile cash and portfolio positions to custody/broker records

Monitoring shares & bonds transfer and review of trade confirmation from Transfer Agents

Compiling of dividend tax vouchers

To update daily FX rate & security price into the fund accounting system

Perform transactions & settlement on fund accounting system

Preparation of daily management fee & management fee rebate report

Daily ad hoc & administrative tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing Bachelor or Professional Degree in finance, accountancy, banking, investment, economics or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good work ethics with a positive attitude.
• Responsible and willing to learn.
