Job Description
This role will be responsible for gather user requirement for software design specification and process flow documentation, perform trouble-shooting and recommend solution to users, perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) with the user, provide second level functional support to all users and improve the IT process documentation and control with ITSM/ITIL framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to support the IT operation of APM group of subsidiaries. Responsible to lead/join the IT Functional Team to provide support and implement IT projects. Responsible to take up support role in INFOR LN and PLM systems. Provide 2nd level support to ERP and PLM users and escalate unresolved problems to 3rd level (service provider/software principle) and follow-up till problem resolution. Involve in ERP functional related training and implementation to gain more in-depth knowledge to strengthen support skills as well as project implementation skills. Conduct timely system testing following any system patches or Windows server updates to validate system performance and minimize operational disruptions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. At least 2 years working experience with ERP system. Works well with Microsoft office applications.
