Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software and network related issues.
Manage, maintain, monitor and perform troubleshooting for computers, servers, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WIFI/VPN).
Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls in accordance with company policies.
Perform system checks, backups, restoration, and testing to ensure business continuity.
Monitor the health and performance of computers, backup, servers, and network connectivity.
Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and ensuring network stability.
Support the implementation and maintenance of network security measures (firewalls, VPNs).
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain and update inventory for IT assets, including hardware, software licenses and disposal.
Assist in planning, implementation, and completion of IT-related projects.
Assist in liaising with IT vendors for support, procurement, and service-related issues.
Job Requirements
Technical Skills:
Possess Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience.
Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server).
Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail & Google Drive).
Experience with Google Workspace, Gemini AI, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
Basic understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer-focused approach with a patient and helpful attitude.
Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to stand by/on-site during off-office hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
