Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of defined portfolio
  • Define the project management process to be applied to the project.
  • Prepare project plan and obtain management approval of the project plan.
  • Apply project resources according to the approved project plan.
  • Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities.
  • Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action.
  • Track and report on progress to plan.
  • Analyze the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
  • Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies.
  • Assure timely adaptive action is taken.
  • Manage change to preserve business plan commitments..
  • Negotiate the performance of activities with team members.
  • Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.
  • Coordinate technical decisions.
  • Provide input on the performance of project team members to their supervisors.
  • Process Improvement
  • Deliver solutions to fulfilment problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within project\'s budgetary requirements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimisation opportunities
  • Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process
  • Arbitrate and resolve conflict and interface problems within the project.
Requirement:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in fulfilment operation
  • Prior experience in leading an fulfilment operation team.
  • Quality Management Certification holder
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills. Able to produce and deliver quality presentations on a regular basis to key stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and adaptable in an ambiguous and new space
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
  • MUST BE a Mandarin speaker , able to read and write in Chinese
  • Dependability: Consistently delivers completed work on time, showcasing a high level of reliability. Takes personal responsibility for achieving individual, departmental, and company goals, maintaining a strong commitment to fulfilling commitments.
  • Adaptability: Embraces different approaches and readily adjusts to evolving business dynamics, varying working styles among peers, and the diverse needs of stakeholders. Demonstrates a willingness to assume additional responsibilities and adeptly resolves challenges with minimal supervision.
