About the Role

Sunrise Binari Group is hiring an Executive, Landscape to be assigned to Lagenda Properties Berhad's township at Bandar Baru Setia Awan Perdana (BBSAP). This role is responsible for coordinating landscape maintenance, supervising contractors, and ensuring the township's greenery and public spaces remain attractive, safe, and well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor daily landscape maintenance for township areas, show units, sales gallery, and common facilities. Conduct routine inspections to ensure landscape works meet required quality, safety, and environmental standards. Supervise landscape contractors, verify completed work, and prepare monthly performance evaluations. Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring landscape enhancement projects (softscape & hardscape). Coordinate activities including planting, turfing, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest/disease control. Prepare landscape reports, work orders, maintenance schedules, and cost estimations. Ensure all landscape works comply with local authority requirements and company SOPs. Collaborate with Project, Township Management, and Sales & Marketing teams on landscape-related matters. Handle and resolve residents' feedback related to landscaping. Monitor usage and upkeep of landscape tools, materials, and equipment.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field. 1-3 years of working experience in landscape maintenance, township management, or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong interest in landscape management are welcome to apply. Strong understanding of plant care, softscape and hardscape materials. Good communication and supervision skills, able to manage contractors effectively. Independent, responsible, and able to work outdoors in township environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD skills are an added advantage. Possess own transport and willing to travel within site visits.

Contract length: 12 months
