Key Responsibilities

• Support Learning Needs Analysis exercise and assist with design and planning of learning & development plans in line with organization objectives.
• Plan and coordinate the implementation of identified training programmes to ensure all training plans are carried out smoothly.
• Monitor and review effectiveness of training and development programmes to meet learning objective and enhance learning experience.
• Assist in planning and implementation of organization culture initiatives at group level including internal employer branding, internal communication and change management.
• Design and propose Group Onboarding/Induction Programme framework to enhance onboarding experience.
• Plan, coordinate and faciliate Group Onboarding/Induction Programme for all new hires.
• Manage and track HRDC and finance related processes which includes timely approval of grants and claims, timely payment to training vendors.
• Manage and track learning data to ensure all data are well captured with high accuracy.
• Research and keep abreast of latest learning trends and technologies and serve as a subject matter expert on matters relating to Learning & Development
• Facilitate internal programmes as when required to meet business needs.
• Design and deliver creative internal communications and marketing collaterals to meet intended communication objectives.
• Undertake or participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Psychology, Communications or a related field of study
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidate with an internship or 1 experience/ exposure in Learning & Organizational Development will be an added advantage
