Support the daily operations of the Leasing and Marketing Department with a strong emphasis on administrative function, coordination, communication and database management.
Ensure smooth and efficient management of leasing and marketing materials, client'sinquiries, branding initiatives, and promotional activities.
Support digital marketing initiatives and event management for the purpose of tenant acquisition and tenant retention
Requirements:
Education/ Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Diploma in related field with 2-3 years working experience.
Experience in leasing/marketing/property industry is preferred.
Experience in event management, marketing and/or branding. Professional Skills / Knowledge
