~ Support Complex Manager in planning & implementing tenancy mix & listing
~ Identify and short-list suitable tenant fit to company concepts
~ Establish and maintain good landlord & Tenant relationship
~ Prepare & Maintain tenancy agreement & document
~ Monitor collection of the rental collection, make sure store outlet comply to the collection Standard Operation Procedure.
~ Liaise closely with inter department on matter pertaining to rental and deposit collection, fit out, Operation and insurance as well as monitor analyze tenants sales and overall performance.
~ Travelling needed to assist others outlet within the same region.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
