EXECUTIVE




LIFELONG LEARNING DEPARTMENT, CENTER FOR ADVANCEMENT & CONTINUING EDUCATION (ACE), CHANCELLERY

KEY ROLES :




Report directly to the ACE Deputy Director and ACE Director, with responsibility for managing the Lifelong Learning Unit at both the Chancellery and campus levels. Facilitate the operations and implementation of ACE Lifelong Learning (LLL) programs, projects, and initiatives. Monitor and prepare reports on the implementation and performance of ACE LLL programs, projects, and initiatives across all institutes. Coordinate with ACE coordinators at the institutes to ensure effective execution of LLL programs, projects, and initiatives. Manage and track data related to Pembelajaran Sepanjang Hayat (PSH), as well as records on short courses and training for BKT MARA and e-IPTS. Ensure the availability of necessary resources and platforms to support the implementation of ACE LLL programs, projects, and initiatives. Undertake other related duties as assigned from time to time.



REQUIREMENTS :




Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field. Strong command of spoken and written English. Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge and familiarity with lifelong learning programmes such as Open & Distance Learning (ODL), Micro-credentials, and APEL. Proven ability to design, manage, or deliver programmes for working professionals, including Work-Based Learning and FlexiLearn. Experience in engaging with clients, potential business partners, or collaborators. Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Results-oriented team player with a strong sense of responsibility in achieving business goals. Dynamic, disciplined, self-motivated, and outcome-driven. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Professional, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude. Willingness to work extra hours with minimal supervision and maintain team spirit. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
