Checking and preparing on HP documentation before proceed with loan activation
Retrieving mails & all related loan documentation from centralised mailing room
Sending loan agreement for stamping
Mailing of agreements to hirer/guarantor
Calling/recordingon returned mail
Activation of HP application in HPBS system
Custodian of security documents & registration card
To ensure confidentiality of all protected information
Take on additional tasks or assignment as at when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or equivalent and above in Banking/Finance/Business/Accounting
At least 1-3 years of working experience in Hire Purchase
Customer oriented and has good customer service skills
Must be prepared to work extended hours and when required
Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
Applicant must posses a valid driving license and willing to travel
Self-motivated with initiative to drive results within tight deadline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
