Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall logistics activities and develop inventory strategy planning.
• To lead a team of inventory staff in performing day to day inventory activities including but not limited to receiving materials, managing inventory storage and movement.
• To develop strategy and plan for inventory management and ensure logistic operation running smooth on daily inventory activities.
• To ensure inventory accuracy through timely and systematic physical count, and update receiving, issuing, rejection control and material transfer in the SAP System.
• To oversee the quality of the goods received and accountable for on-time and correct delivery of raw material to production department and accountable for on-time data entry.
• To ensure inventory accuracy through timely & systematic physical count & update receiving, issuing, rejection control & material transfer in SAP system.
• To promote & inculcate Safety & Health, Environmental and quality awareness among the workforce.
• To ensure compliance to ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 especially in inventory management and compliance of SOPP, WIP.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Studies, Engineering Studies, or equivalent from an internationally recognized university (CGPA 3.0/ 2nd upper and above).
• Candidate must possess good communication skils, negotiation skills, management planning skills and interpersonal skills.
