Location: Shah Alam, MY




Job Summary:

• Covers overall SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) \xe2\x80\x93 Inventory & Control of Distribution Center.

Job Responsibilities:


1. Support and response to daily system issues, service request & change request:
i. Issues - To provide analysis & solution in daily system issues to users, if necessary raise ticket to get IT\'s assistance.
ii. Service request - Gather the requirement from users, analysis and raise ticket IT for service request.
iii. Change request - Gather the requirement from users, analysis and raise ticket IT for enhancement/development. Once enhancement/development completed, perform testing and get user to perform UAT sign off.
iv. Create& Delete of new SAP ID - Get the justification & user role with HOD approval, raise ticket to IT for service request. Once the ID created, request user to sign SAP policy form.
v. Change of SAP roles - Get the justification & user\'s new role with HOD approval, and raise ticket to IT for service request.


2. Post reversal and SI/RA document:
i. Assist in post CN reversal documents (Invoice) with approval signed by the HOD.
ii. Assist in post SI/RA document with approval signed by the HOD.


3. System housekeeping:
i. Assist inventory to monitor incomplete transaction.
ii. Assist to prepare report and highlight the incomplete transaction to user.


4. Reports:
i. QA reports and Ad hoc reports.
ii. Daily operation reports


5. Stock count/ad hoc count and cycle count
i. Involve in stock count until complete.


Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools especially Excel
• Demonstrate knowledge in warehouse management systems (ideally SAP)
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of warehousing, distribution, transport and supply chain management
• Demonstrate working knowledge on safety, health and environment (SHE) programs, good warehousing practices, good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis critical control point (HACCP) systems
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in process and cost optimization
• Proven numeracy and quantitative analysis
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
