Job Purpose \xe2\x80\xa2To perform and ensure maintenance is planned and executed in compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform equipment analysis & identify opportunities for improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure & clearly define maintenance activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate & may lead assigned task by HOD. Key deliverables 1.To perform maintenance planning and delegate duties to ensure compliance. 2.Manage the maintenance and repair of all equipment and tools, including ensuring that they are serviced and repaired in a timely and efficient manner. 3.Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. 4.Conduct regular inspections of all equipment and tools to identify any potential issues, and take appropriate action to resolve them. 5.Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment and tools, and ensure that they are properly stored and maintained. 6.Monitor equipment usage and identify any patterns that may indicate the need for repairs or replacement. 7.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that equipment and tools are available as needed. 8.Provide training and support to staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools. 9.Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies in equipment and tool maintenance and repair. 10.Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards related to equipment and tool maintenance and repair. 11.Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding equipment and tool maintenance and repair status, issues, and solutions. 12.To ensure firmware/software update of equipment are in compliance. 13.To produce progress update report on a monthly basis. \xe2\x80\xa2Others 1.Participate in training when required. 2.Participate & execute assigned Roles & Responsibility Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/Degree in Aerospace/Aviation Engineering is preferable but not limited to. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related field is preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in aviation maintenance planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with aviationrules andregulations \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced with drone operations, maintenance is an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competent in record keepingsetup, implementation & management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Competent in office tools usage (E.g Microsoft Excel, words, powerpoint) \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently as well as an excellent team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive, agile& able to adapt to fast-pace changes.
