Job Description

To assist the Hotel General Manager and SGI Group Director of MARCOM/Assistant Manager of Marketing Communications to initiate and implement MARCOM strategies for the hotel

Assist, to develop and coordinate joint promotions with companies or organizations those are feasible to provide the hotel with publicity

Assist to prepare, co-ordinate marketing and publicity collaterals for the hotel such as brochures, newsletter, and flyers

To work with appointed agency, vendors, printers and other related business partners for the development and production of promotion materials.

Assists in ensuring all brand guidelines are in accordance with Corporate Identity include collateral produced such as posters, menus, signage and others.

To keep track with current marketing trends, innovations, communication technique and any media regulations and develop design in line with trends.

Assist in managing the hotel's photo library by organizing, updating, and maintaining a well-curated collection of images for marketing, branding, and operational use.

Assists in coordinating internal and external photography sessions for the hotel

To assist in developing and creating presentation for the hotel to ensure constant awareness of the property as well as facilities provided

Assists in organizing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs during festive seasons and as needed, including planning activities, coordinating with partners, and supporting event execution to reflect the hotel's community values.

To assist in managing the hotel's database systems and disseminate promotional EDM and E- newsletter for the hotel

Assists in generating monthly reports, including the Balanced Scorecard, to support the Marketing and Communications (MarCom) department in tracking performance and strategic goals.

Assist to oversee the hotel's online platforms, monitor content and post on dedicated Sosial Media sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
