Job Description

We are a property development company with high growth potential, and we're looking for a passionate and driven Executive - Marketing cum Admin to grow together with us. This role offers hands-on exposure across marketing (60%), sales (20%), and administration & office operations (20%), making it a great platform to build your career in the property industry.

Responsibilities



Marketing (60%)

Assist in developing and executing both online and offline sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Conduct market research, market surveys, monitor industry trends, and provide insights to management. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to introduce projects and highlight key marketing perspectives. Conceptualize and implement campaigns aimed at building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement. Plan, organize, and execute sales launches, advertising initiatives, promotions, and engagement activities. Manage company websites and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook), including content updates and analytics monitoring to optimize performance. Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity and messaging. Collaborate with external marketing agencies to coordinate campaigns, creative materials, and promotional activities.
Sales (20%)

Contact and follow up with sales agents to maintain strong engagement and ensure timely updates on leads and progress. Prepare sales kits and supporting materials to facilitate sales activities. Follow up with sales agents on leads, updates, and progress. Assist in planning and executing sales events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Administration & Office Operations (20%)

Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflow. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external parties when required. Support project coordination, including documentation, filing, and reporting. Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of relevant working experienced preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. Language Proficiency: English & Bahasa Malaysia (required). Knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies. Willing to travel outstation/overseas and work after office hours/weekends/public holidays if required. Able to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
