Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Marketing & Branding



Plan, coordinate, and execute both traditional (offline) and digital (online) marketing activities, campaigns, and events to increase public awareness.

Manage the company's social media platforms and create engaging content to promote services and activities.

Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Represent the nursing home at exhibitions, community fairs, and networking events.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.

Develop and manage a comprehensive testimonial and success story library, ensuring all content, including photos and video clips, is collected with proper consent for use across traditional and digital marketing channels.

2. Sales & Business Development



Promote the nursing home's services to hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and the community.

Handle admission inquiries, provide information on services, and arrange facility tours for potential residents and families.

?Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth admission process.

Maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as doctors, social workers, and healthcare professionals.

Achieve monthly and annual occupancy targets.

3. Customer Relations



Provide excellent customer service to residents' families and address inquiries or concerns professionally.

Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with potential and existing clients.

Support the operations team in enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality.

Assist in organizing family engagement sessions, festive events, and open days.

4.

Reporting & Analysis



Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management review.

Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and outreach activities.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Recommend improvements to marketing strategies based on data and feedback.

5.

Others



Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior to support department/ company goals.

REQUIREMENTS



Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations (experience in healthcare or aged care industry is an added advantage). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required. Ability to communicate in local dialects is an advantage. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
