Plan, initiate and implement efficient marketing strategies/special projects including but not limited to sales, branding and operation.
Organize and oversee launching activities of new outlets and products.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
Initiate and conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction, performing customer relationship management.
Maintain relationship with vendors to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
Monitor progress of campaigns/projects using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
Coordinate and communicate with respective centers and mall management to ensure the marketing activities can be accomplished on time.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or relevant discipline.
Min 3-5 years similar experience.
Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role in event/roadshow or campaigns.
Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
Ability to do reports, analyse and interpret numbers well.
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
