Job Description

Job Scope



1. Support brand and social media content planning -- from scheduling, copywriting, and KOL coordination to daily community management.

2. Execute and monitor campaign launches across Meta, TikTok, and XHS to maintain brand visibility and engagement.

3. Work closely with the Creative team on visual briefings, product photoshoots, and content approvals for launches and collaborations.

4. Assist in preparing monthly marketing calendars, competitor benchmarking, and campaign recap decks for management review.

5. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative campaign ideas and strengthen WonderLab's brand storytelling.

Job Requirements



Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related discipline. 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer management, or digital branding. Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, XHS), basic content copywriting, and campaign reporting. Creative, trend-sensitive, and analytical with strong ownership and curiosity for lifestyle and beauty trends. Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG brands; Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva / Adobe suite) is a plus.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
