Assist in developing and executing new product concepts in alignment with global brand strategy.
Work closely with R&D, Factory and supply chain teams for product development to ensure timely product launches.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
Support in product positioning, pricing strategy, and portfolio optimization.
2. Brand Communication/Campaign
Plan/Implement brand campaigns across global markets, ensuring consistency of message and tone.
Liaise with creative and media agencies or distributor for campaign planning and execution.
Adapt local marketing materials for global markets while maintaining brand integrity.
Monitor consumer insights, digital trends, and competitive communication activities and campaign performance, preparing reports.
3. Others
Track and monitor ANP (Advertising & Promotion) budget, ensuring accurate reporting and cost control.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties from time-to-time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate possess Bachelor's Degree in in marketing, communication, business or related field.
At least 1-3 years' experience in marketing, brand management in the FMCG industry.
Understanding of marketing fundamentals (4Ps, brand positioning, consumer insights).
Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights.
Project management and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
