General responsibilities: Review and approve vendor master maintenance based on governing policies. Perform master data maintenance based on submission and approval. All data maintenance tasks are to be performed on timely basis based on defined service levels. Identifying continuous improvement on the master data processes, make recommendations that optimize business processes and improve other internal controls. Evaluating / monitoring data quality in SAP system and drive cleansing activities to align with Master Data guidelines. Support in projects as needed. Maintain up-to-date process documents and work instructions for the role. Job Requirements: Degree or professional qualification in Business Admin, Finance or a related discipline. Up to two years\' experience in a similar role. Good understanding of Business Processes (Order to Cash, Procure-to-Pay & Record to Report) Demonstrate problem-solving skills in handling operational issues. Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the business and industry. Proven hands-on experience in SAP applications is an advantage. Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
