Job Description

Malaysian citizen; Degree or Diploma in Management System, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 2 years experience in networking, office automation; Implement. monitor the adherence to the department's objectives, policies, procedures and budget; Assist in coordinating any upgrading works on Toll Collection System (TCS) and Traffic Control & Surveillance System (TCSS); Monitor the performance of TCS and TCSS; Ensure completeness of all daily toll transaction data; Reconcile toll transaction data if data discrepancy occurred; Verify all traffic and revenue data generated by system; Prepare and submit monthly and yearly traffic & revenue reports to MHA; Ensure Management Information System is well maintained; Carry out the administrative tasks that are related to the MIS; Ensure monthly inventory check is carried out accordingly and inventory record of all equipment and tools is properly maintained; Report immediately to superior on all exceptional incidents at toll plaza; Maintain close working relationship with relevant authorities; Identify and investigate incidents of discrepancies and fraud; Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management or the superior from time to time; and Working location at Bandar Bukit Raja,Klang
