Responsibilities

To plan and organize Outlet Committee Meeting (OCM) which include meeting materials and minutes of meeting preparation.
To prepare report monthly or as and when required.
To coordinate and monitor new dealer appointment, outlet renovation expansion, relocation and other related matter.
To be responsible on audit compliance matter for department as well as dealer.
To handle administration task such as yearly budget preparation, filing and Peoplesoft system update

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in any related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good in report writing (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
A good team player
Excellent in project management skill
Computer literate (Ms Words, Ms Excel & etc)
Position will be based in Perodua Sentral, Petaling Jaya.
