Key Responsibilities * Act as the liaison with Group Internal Audit, Group Compliance, Group Risk and Risk Control Officer (RCO) in relation to all compliance related matters within the business and support units (where applicable).

  • Ensure internal Standard Operating Procedures are updated to address any new and /or updated process, legal and requlatory requirements (where applicable).
  • Update Bank\'s Policy & Procedure for new process/ changes to the existing process.
  • Identify gaps / issues within the department and propose resolution for closure.
  • Educate new and existing department employees on company, industry practice and compliance.
  • Liaison with stakeholders to help resolve issues on operational matters related to business.
  • Review campaign terms and conditions, marketing collaterals, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure goods received on all PR/PO raised within stipulated time.
  • Execute overall CIMB@@Work segment strategic business strategy to improve the segment revenue growth and quality.
  • Ensure related information on any CIMB@Work reporting is up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance when execution of any business development plan, escalation and risk management when needed.
  • Participate in event organization to support the sales team (whenever necessary.)
Job Requirement: * Bachelor of Degree in Business / IT / Marketing or any equivalent.
  • At least 2 years banking experience or in any established company.
  • Possess strong financial and business acumen.
