Work closely with stakeholders such as Group Operations, Group Technology and Group Finance to ensure smooth processing and reporting of FX, Gold and FX Investment transactions.
Work closely with business team on any asset/channel expansion - plan and implement system integrations, pricings and processes, with the aim to grow the business volumes and revenues.
Manage systems-related projects - may include project planning, capturing business requirements, systems testing and implementation.
Prepare reports of daily/weekly/monthly volume and numbers for management\'s consumption.
Liaise with and support the different sales channels - which involves resolving transactional issues, attending to inquiries, make pricing adjustments and support campaign initiatives.
