:Responsibilities

Execute civil maintenance works in accordance with the service level agreement between the client and subcontractor.
Analyze and control the quality and scope of work to ensure adherence to specified standards.
Manage and sustain resources to achieve the company\'s operational goals.
Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during maintenance work.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the construction and maintenance industry, specifically in road and highway maintenance.
Strong technical knowledge of highway maintenance practices, materials, and equipment.
