Sunway Property & Facilities Management (Sunway PFM Sdn Bhd) is the Sunway Group\'s asset management firm which was established in 1991. The company presently manages a diversified portfolio of 32 million sq ft of build-up real estate space comprising office, retail, hospitality, medical, residential, and education developments. The strong engineering capabilities of the Sunway PFM team is a key market differentiator where its building maintenance team carries out preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal asset performance and long-term life cycle maintenance costs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out facility inspection on electrical system
• Review system design , specification and proposals
• Carry out technical feasibility study
• Monitor the plant operation, attend to technical problems and system malfunctions.
• Manage solar plant and responsible for energy revenue and optimized the energy generation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on solar plant.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors pertaining solar plant project, operation and maintenance.
• Preparation of report on performance , outage for Management

Qualification and Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least GCPV or Electrical Engineering degree and have strong technical background & experience.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the operation and maintenance of facilities systems (especially in Electrical systems).
• Well versed in the operation and maintenance of Electrical systems and added advantage for those have experience in solar PV system operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge in Electrical system maintenance requirements and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Good Computer Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, AutoCAD and etc)
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Sounds good in electrical problems troubleshooting and shall be hands on.
• Added advantage for those who have experience in IR Thermography or relevant certification in the field of electrical and/or solar PV system.
• Able to travel to sites within Malaysia.
