EXPORT \xe2\x80\x93 DG & NON DG

\xc2\xb7 Handle & coordinate nominated office/customer\xe2\x80\x99s enquiry for export movement

\xc2\xb7 To offer sailing schedule & arrange booking with carrier

\xc2\xb7 Release Booking Confirmation to customer \xe2\x80\x93 details are updated correctly

\xc2\xb7 Propose ISOtanks for export shipment base on customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements

\xc2\xb7 To coordinate with depot & surveyor to ensure ISOtanks are ready for shipment

\xc2\xb7 Ensure ISOtanks are updated in port system

\xc2\xb7 Prepare BL\xe2\x80\x99s, invoicing & pre-advice to agent

\xc2\xb7 To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to customer/nominated agent

\xc2\xb7 Handling SL1 \xe2\x80\x93 SL4 shipments \xe2\x80\x93 from booking , documentation to invoicing

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating with depot, haulier & carrier to enquire sufficient & suitable containers for flexi fitting

\xc2\xb7 Ensure correct flexibag is released for booking

\xc2\xb7 Enquire stock is available to cater to customer forecast

\xc2\xb7 To ensure files are updated timely, BL & invoice done timely

DG Shipment \xe2\x80\x93 Export Laden

\xc2\xb7 DG shipment to prepare docs \xe2\x80\x93 CPC & LPK DG & provide to carrier prior shipment departure

\xc2\xb7 Follow-up for CIPL for customs clearance

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with haulier to ensure ISOtanks gate in timely & K2 cleared

\xc2\xb7 Prepare BL\xe2\x80\x99s, invoicing & pre-advice to agent

\xc2\xb7 To provide timely, reliable, and complete update on status of orders to customer/nominated agent

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

\xc2\xb7 Update inventory record on ISOtanks availability in Port Klang

\xc2\xb7 Provide weekly report to fleet management on ISOtanks inventory at port Klang

\xc2\xb7 Ensure periodic test done for expired tanks

\xc2\xb7 Damages ISOtanks are repaired prior to export movements

\xc2\xb7 ISOtanks are reserved for upcoming export movements

\xc2\xb7 Provide monthly forecast to Fleet Management to ensure sufficient ISOtanks are available for export movement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics industry
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
