Role Mission

We're looking for a

proactive and adaptable Executive Operations & Sales Associate

to directly support our CTO and CEO, reducing their workload so they can focus on strategic priorities. This role blends customer-facing responsibilities with internal operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Set appointments and manage calendars for the leadership team. Conduct sales demo calls and follow-ups. Provide customer servicing and support. Manage company social media accounts. Handle internal tasks including finance admin, data entry, and project coordination. Support other operational needs as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills. Great attitude, willing to learn, and a critical thinker. Sales experience and tech-savviness. Attention to detail. Proficient in: Google Workspace (especially Sheets), Stripe, Facebook Business Manager, Wave Apps, Zoom, Google Meet. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written proficiency in English).

Experience Level

Entry to mid-level candidates welcome.

Work Setup

Hybrid role (based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia). Standard office hours with some weekend work. Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: RM3,000 - RM4,000. Training opportunities for skill development. Career growth potential in a dynamic and supportive team.

Start Date

2nd week of August 2025.
