Oversee the financial management of MEE Routine projects, ensuring adherence to approved budgets for both CAPEX and AOP, while maximizing profitability with a minimum margin requirement of 8% per project.
Monitor and manage SLA performance metrics such as DLP, LAD, DEMERIT, and SI to ensure efficient service delivery.
Coordinate and supervise all aspects of MEE Routine operations, including M&E systems (such as Genset, Highmast, Lighting Systems, Water Pump Systems), Air Conditioning Systems, ITS, Ancillary and UPS systems, CCTV, and second-level works.
Maintain effective communication with clients\' representatives at Section, Regional, and Local Authority levels, addressing any concerns related to the execution of MEE Routine works promptly and effectively.
Ensure rigorous quality control measures are implemented throughout routine execution, in compliance with relevant authorities\' regulations and company policies and procedures.
Manage claims to clients and payments to subcontractors in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare and submit proposals to clients within approved deadlines, adhering to specified guidelines.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in accordance with company policies and procedures, including compliance with ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, EMS 14001, and the Factory Machinery Act 1967.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical & Electronic or any equivalent fields.
Total 2 to 3 years working experience in Construction and Maintenance Industry (Highway, Road Maintenance, Building, Bridge)
Relevant experience in supservising sub-contractor, claim management and reporting & analysis.
